शाहदरा की रहने वाली Engg. Sakshi Kaushik, जो IBM में कार्यरत हैं, अपने काम के साथ-साथ herbal products, मसालों और आयुर्वेदिक जड़ी-बूटियों की गुणवत्ता और शुद्धता को लेकर लगातार सोचती और रिसर्च करती रहीं।
एक सवाल उनके मन में बार-बार आता था—
जब herbal products, मसाले और जड़ी-बूटियां हमारे घरों में बच्चों से लेकर बुजुर्गों तक इस्तेमाल होते हैं, तो क्या हम उनकी शुद्धता और गुणवत्ता को लेकर पर्याप्त जागरूक हैं? मिलावट और घटती गुणवत्ता को लेकर उनकी चिंता धीरे-धीरे एक संकल्प में बदलने लगी।
एक बातचीत, जिसने सोच को दिशा दी
इसी दौरान Sakshi ने अपने साथ काम करने वाले एक colleague से इस विषय पर चर्चा की। बातचीत में उन्हें पता चला कि उनके colleague का परिवार पहले से ही मसालों और जड़ी-बूटियों की sourcing और business से जुड़ा हुआ है।
यहीं से Sakshi की सोच को एक नई दिशा मिली।
उन्होंने e-commerce, product quality, sourcing और herbal products की processing पर काम करना शुरू किया। लगातार research करते हुए उन्होंने यह समझने की कोशिश की कि बेहतर quality वाले herbal products को सही sourcing से लेकर जल्दी और hygienically pack करके लोगों तक कैसे पहुंचाया जाए।
